Each year, Insightin Technology orchestrates a grand celebration known as the “Annual Dinner Party & Awards Night.” This family-oriented approach not only extends to clients but also prioritizes the well-being of employees and their families. It truly transforms the professional environment into one of familial unity. These occasions are not merely about revelry; they play a pivotal role in promoting skill development and advancing careers to new heights. It is an invaluable experience for both personal and professional growth.

Purpose of the Family Dinner Party

The family dinner party at Insightin Technology serves multiple purposes, all aimed at strengthening the company’s community and culture. It was designed to: 

Celebrate successes: Recognizing the hard work and achievements of employees fosters motivation and loyalty.

Strengthen bonds: Encouraging employees to bring their families allows everyone to feel more connected, creating a supportive environment both at work and home.

Share experiences: By bringing families together, employees can share their experiences and insights about the company. This not only raises awareness but also builds transparency, making employees feel trusted and engaged. 

This event creates an opportunity for what many employees have come to cherish: a chance to relax and enjoy each other’s company away from the grind of daily tasks, marking a celebration of both personal and professional milestones. 

The 2024 Annual Dinner Party program consists of four sections as follows: 

1) Opening Speech   

2) Team Recognition Session   

3) Family Dinner Party   

4) CEO’s Birthday Celebration

On November 10, 2024, we gathered at the splendid LE MERIDIEN DHAKA, located in Nikunja, Dhaka, for an evening of reflection, celebration, and recognition—our Annual Dinner Party and Awards Night 2024. This exceptional night was dedicated to celebrating the remarkable achievements of our team and envisioning an even brighter future.

From our modest beginnings to where we stand today, our journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. Over the years, we have expanded in size, creativity, talent, and vision. We have achieved significant milestones, celebrated innumerable successes, and created precious memories that define us as a team.

The program commenced at 6:00 pm and was flawlessly coordinated by our UX Architect, Mr. Omar Faruk; Senior Digital Specialist, Shahriar Ibne Azam; Data Science Lead, Saddam Hossain Irfan; and our Managing Director, Mostofa Haider. We extend our heartfelt gratitude for their unwavering dedication in making this event a success.

The evening began with a warm welcome from our Data Science Lead, Saddam Hossain Irfan, who hosted the event and invited our esteemed CEO, Enam Noor, to officially inaugurate the proceedings. At 6:30 pm, Irfan graciously welcomed our CEO, Enam Noor, and sought his approval to commence the event. Enam Sir generously granted permission, and the evening unfolded with a series of inspiring speeches: 

 💡 Our distinguished Director and CTO, Shahriar Chowdhury, delivered an opening address, expressing his admiration for the unwavering commitment and hard work of our entire team, which has enabled us to consistently deliver exceptional results to our clients.

💡 Maria Nedelia Calderon shared her invaluable insights and words of encouragement.

💡 Following Maria’s insightful speech, Irfan invited Enam Sir to share his thoughts. Enam Sir captivated the audience with a visionary message, emphasizing the rapid growth of our company and outlining the future direction of Insightin. He expressed his gratitude to the entire team for their continuous contributions to our success.

The highlight of the evening was the Team Recognition Session, where we celebrated the extraordinary talent and dedication of our team members. 

At Insightin Technology, we consistently recognize and appreciate our employees for their achievements and their journey with us. This recognition aims to foster a culture of appreciation that inspires and motivates our talent. Our esteemed CEO, Enam Noor, always acknowledges the hard work of our team members, who navigate numerous challenges. We also commend their skill development, dedication, and commitment to Insightin Technology. 

Celebrating Milestones 

Our Honorable CEO, Enam Noor, personally presented crests to recognize employees who reached significant career milestones with the organization: 

10-Year Milestone: Abdul Mukit, Technical Lead. 

7-Year Milestone: Shahriar Ibne Azam, Senior Digital Specialist. 

5-Year Milestone: Md. Mojammel Haque (Sr. Technical Lead), Saddam Hossain Irfan (Data Science Lead), Jahedul Kader Forman (Sr. Data Engineer), Ahasanul Kalam Akib (Sr. Software Engineer), and Mamunuz Zaman Sarker (Sr. Software Engineer).

3-Year Milestone: MD Zynul Abadin (VP of Engineering), Bir Ballav Roy (QA Engineer), Md. Imtiyaz Hossain (Sr. Software Engineer), and Md Mahbub Hasan (Software Engineer). 

Each awardee received a crest symbolizing their significant achievements and unwavering dedication, a testament to their indispensable role within the Insightin family. 

Talent Recognition Awards 

This year, Insightin Technology inaugurated three prestigious awards:

Most Valuable Professional (MVP): Awarded to Ibrahim Sumon, Senior Software Engineer. 

Outstanding Performer of the Year: Awarded to Bir Ballav Roy, Senior QA Engineer. 

New Young Star of the Year: Awarded to Sheikh Shakil Ahmed, Software Engineer. 

These individuals were commended for their extraordinary contributions and awarded surprise rewards.

 In recognition of their hard work and dedication, each of them received special rewards: 

The MVP was granted an incredible opportunity to embark on two international trips.

The Outstanding Performer of the Year was rewarded with two domestic trips.

The New Young Star Employee of the Year enjoyed a special dinner at a renowned restaurant. 

The recognition program underscored Insightin Technology’s commitment to nurturing talent, fostering professional growth, and inspiring excellence among its team members.

We wholeheartedly congratulate these exceptional individuals for their extraordinary achievements. 

Following the award ceremony, we gathered for group photographs to capture the memorable moments of the event. After the formal proceedings, our Managing Director, Mostofa Haider, sought permission to conclude the event, and our gracious host invited everyone to enjoy a delightful buffet dinner. During this time, team members had the opportunity to meet each other’s families, exchange warm greetings, and take photographs to preserve these cherished memories. 

Dinner and Entertainment 

As everyone settled down, the buffet was opened, and the delicious spread drew hungry guests toward it. Plates were filled with a vibrant array of dishes that delighted every palate. 

Everyone enjoyed a variety of options, from soup to Kacchi and decadent desserts.  Overall, the combination of great food and engaging entertainment created an inviting atmosphere, leaving families feeling more connected and cherished.

The evening was a celebration of their shared journey at Insightin Technology—a night that many would fondly recall for years to come. 

 Building Bonds Beyond Work 

Strengthening Relationships: The family dinner party at Insightin Technology was not just an event; it was a pivotal opportunity to strengthen relationships among colleagues and their families. As the evening progressed, the boundaries between professional and personal lives began to blur, fostering deeper connections. 

Shared Experiences: Many employees gravitated towards familiar faces, sparking conversations about work projects and family life. Sharing anecdotes generated mutual understanding and empathy, breaking down barriers.

Team Huddles: Several groups formed spontaneously, with colleagues discussing not only work-related topics but also personal interests, hobbies, and upcoming family plans. This informal setting encouraged everyone to let their guards down and forge friendships that extended outside the office.

Building Connections: By involving family members, employees could showcase their personal worlds. Many appreciated the chance to introduce their loved ones to coworkers, reshaping their view of who they work alongside. 

Event Highlights: Employees shared heartwarming stories of colleagues stepping up during challenging times, reinforcing the idea that they are part of a compassionate community. 

 Such interactions demonstrated how a relaxed atmosphere could lead to stronger professional alliances, resulting in a more collaborative work environment. The spirit of community extended beyond the dinner itself. Pools of laughter and vibrant conversations filled the air, reinforcing a sense of belonging.  Overall, the evening was a resounding success in building bonds that transcended the typical workplace, fostering a sense of belonging that would resonate long after the event concluded. 

Celebrations and Closing:

 As we concluded our dinner, we excitedly prepared to celebrate the birthdays of our CEO, Enam Noor, and Maria Mam. The festivities continued with the cutting of two birthday cakes, followed by more group photos to commemorate the occasion. The cake was a delightful treat, and the atmosphere was filled with laughter, pictures, and joyous moments.

 As the clock approached 11:00 pm, our CTO and Director, Shahriar Iqbal Chowdhury, brought the event to a close. We seized the opportunity to capture additional pictures and selfies with our fellow Insightin team members. Here’s to celebrating not just a year of accomplishments, but also the people who made it all possible. Your hard work, creativity, and perseverance are the foundation of everything we’ve achieved. Together, we’ve built something truly extraordinary, and we couldn’t be more proud.
