Since 2006, Insightin Technology has cultivated an extraordinary and inclusive workplace, a place where every member of the team has the chance to uncover their true potential. The Insightin team is more than just a group of hard workers; they are a family of superheroes who support, motivate, and inspire each other.

Annually, Insightin Technology orchestrates a grand event known as the “Annual Summit.” This remarkable summit not only strengthens the bonds within the team but also extends its warm embrace to the families of every employee. In the truest sense, it transforms a professional team into a close-knit family. These events aren’t just about merriment; they are instrumental in fostering skill development and propelling one’s career to new heights. It’s an unmissable journey toward personal and professional growth.

The annual summit 2022 program contains 6 sections as follows:

1) Opening Speech

2) Coffee and Fun Time

3) Prize Giving Ceremony

4) Family Dinner Party

5) Music Fest

6) 22 years celebration

Our Annual Summit 2022 took place at Le Meridien, located in Nikunja, Dhaka. The program commenced at 5 pm, and it was flawlessly organized by our UX architect, Mr. Omar Faruk, and our Managing Director, Mostofa Haider. We extend our heartfelt appreciation for their dedicated efforts in making this event a success.

Our Lead Data Scientist, Saddam Hossain Irfan, had the privilege of hosting this event. At 6 pm, Irfan welcomed our esteemed CEO, Enam Noor, and sought his permission to kick off the proceedings. Enam sir graciously granted permission to start the event.

Following this, our esteemed Director and CTO, Shahriar Chowdhury, delivered an opening speech in which he expressed his admiration for the hard work and dedication of the entire team, which has made it possible for us to consistently deliver success to our clients.

After Shahriar’s inspiring speech, Omar extended a warm welcome to Enam sir to share his thoughts. Enam sir presented his slides, highlighting the rapid growth of our company and discussing the vision for Insightin. He expressed his gratitude to the entire team for their daily contributions to our success.

Following Enam Noor‘s insightful speech, our Managing Director, Mr. Mostofa Haider, was welcomed to the stage. He shared his memories of our journey, from Desme in 2006 to Insightin Technology. He provided a glimpse into the company’s remarkable 14-year journey, while also discussing the various employee benefits and career opportunities available to the team.

Following the session, we enjoyed a snacks break to recharge our energy.

After indulging in some snacks, the program continued with the much-anticipated prize-giving ceremony, employee recognition, and an appreciation program.

This year, we celebrated the remarkable journey of several of our dedicated team members:

1) Our Senior Software Engineers, Mamunuzzaman Sarkar and Ahsanul Kalam Akib, along with Senior Data Engineer Md. Jahedul Kader, Lead Data Scientist Saddam Hossain Irfan, and Senior Technical Lead Md. Mojammel Haque, completed a commendable 3 years of service with Insightin Technology.

2) Our Senior Digital Specialist, Shahriar Ibne Azam, and Senior UX Engineer, Faisal Ahmed, marked their 5-year journey with us.

3) Our Technical Lead, Ariful Haque, celebrated his 7-year journey with us.

4) Our Data Engineer Technical Lead, Shamim Hassan, was honored for his remarkable 10-year journey.

5) Our UX Architect, Md. Omar Faruk, reached an impressive milestone by completing 12 years with Insightin Technology.

Each of these individuals was recognized and appreciated for their dedication and contributions with a beautiful crest, symbolizing their significant milestones in our Insightin family.

The final and most exciting moment of the event arrived, as we unveiled the winners of our talent recognition awards. Starting this year, our company introduced recognition in three distinct categories:

1) New Young Star: This year, the New Young Star of the Year was awarded to our talented Software Engineer, Mahbub Hasan.

2) Most Valuable Professional (MVP): The MVP prize was rightfully bestowed upon Technical Lead Abdul Mukit.

3) The Outstanding Performer of the Year: The coveted title of Outstanding Performer of the Year was conferred upon Senior Data Scientist Aditi Roy.

We wholeheartedly congratulated these exceptional individuals for their outstanding achievements.

In recognition of their hard work and dedication, each of them received surprise rewards:

The MVP was granted the incredible opportunity of a couple of foreign trips.

The Outstanding Performer of the Year was rewarded with a couple of domestic trips.

The New Young Star Employee of the Year was treated to a special dinner at a recognized restaurant.

This initiative showcases how Insightin Technology is dedicated to nurturing talent and supporting the professional growth of our team members, encouraging them to reach new heights in their careers.

After the award ceremony, we gathered for group pictures, capturing the memorable moments of the event. Following this, our host announced that dinner would commence at 7:30 pm. During this time, everyone had the opportunity to meet and greet each other’s families, exchanging warm greetings and taking photographs to preserve the cherished memories.

We then proceeded to the dining area for a sumptuous buffet dinner. The delectable spread had already been laid out, and we savored a wide variety of delectable dishes.

The food was standout, leaving everyone impressed as they indulged in its flavors.

Everyone enjoys the delicious food very much.

Upon concluding our dinner, we eagerly assembled for an exciting music fest. A live music band had been arranged for this special occasion, and the one-hour performance was a source of immense joy and entertainment.

The singer treated us to renditions of popular band songs, while our Senior Data Scientist, Aditi Roy, showcased her singing talents with a captivating performance.

The festivities continued with the cutting of a cake to celebrate 22 years of our remarkable journey.

The cake was a delightful treat, and we shared laughter, took numerous pictures, and had a great time together.

As the clock neared 11:00 pm, our CTO and Director, Shahriar Iqbal Chowdhury, brought the event to a close. We seized the opportunity to capture more pictures and selfies with our fellow Insightin team members, capping off a truly memorable and enjoyable Annual Summit.
